The guy is saying that when using MySQL all is fine but using MsSql generates the above message although the user does exist in the database.
Can only assume he did use the correct password...........

Sorry my English is bad, I will do my best try
Cas Thanks for clarifying.
When I use mssql generates the error message that I must attend.
but the database username and password are correct there.
MySql sessions work well by default
Now when I use Mssql sessions do not seem right.
Attachment 2 documents, one showing a user in the database and another showing the contents of the sessions for MySql and Mssql.
from already thank you very much.

have a look at 0012571 which might help you
Search also for other issues with category "db mssql"
Sorry, but MSSQL seems not to be the best choice for MantisBT at the moment

Marking as Suspended

MSSQL support is currently known broken. We are going to be replacing the DB Layer in Mantis to fix this properly after the next release.

I'd strongly advise using MYSQL for now.

The new DB layer already contains the appropriate fixes for MS SQL Support.

MantisBT currently supports Mysql and has support for other database engines.

The support for other databases is known to be problematic.

Having implemented the current database layer into Mantis 10 years ago, I'm currently working on replacing the current layer.

If you are interested in using Mantis with non-mysql databases - for example, Oracle, PGSQL or MSSQL, and would be willing to help out testing the new database layer, please drop me an email at paul@mantisforge.org

In the meantime, I'd advise running Mantis with Mysql Only to avoid issues.

Thanks
Paul

We are resolving this issue as "no change required", because it was reported against an old version of MantisBT which is no longer supported.

We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem still exists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue.
